To protect the finish of the cart, please avoid strong adhesives, glue, or duct tape. We recommend using sip ties, twist ties, floral wire, or low-tack painter's tape that can be easily removed without residue. Any damage to the cart will be billed at repair or replacement cost.

No - Sips Happens is a dry-hire cart, which means you provide your own champagne, wine, or beverages. This keeps our pricing flexible and ensures you can serve exactly what you love.
We recommend booking as early as possible, at least two-three months in advance, to secure your preferred date. Spring and summer weekends tend to fill quickly!
All invoices and proposals are sent through Square for easy, secure online payment. You'll receive a detailed breakdown of your rental, enhancements, and any vendor coordination before confirming your booking.
A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. Once your retainer is received, your date will be officially confirmed on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.
Yes! I work with a network of trusted local vendors who specialize in luxury balloon garlands, fresh and faux florals, and event signage. You can coordinate directly with them, or I can manage everything for you through the Styled Sips package.
We are located in Fishers, Indiana, and currently serve the greater Indianapolis area and surrounding communities. Travel outside this area may incur an additional delivery fee.
Yes - the cart works beautifully in both settings! For outdoor events, we just ask that the area be level, shaded if possible, and protected from rain or harsh weather.
We understand that plans can change. Retainers are non-refundable but can be applied to a future event if rescheduled with at least 30 days' notice (based on availability).
